When we started Hero, our mission was to champion unique and underrepresented talent.

It’s more common now, but back then, it felt like we were treading new ground.

We travelled across the UK to find distinctive voices—actors who trained in unconventional ways or honed their craft in youth drama clubs in places agents often overlook.

Thanks to the trust of Casting Directors, our fledgling agency grew.
